What is dry powder coating?
Dry powder coating is an advanced surface finishing process where a free-flowing, 100% solid powder is applied electrostatically to a substrate (typically metal) and then cured under heat to form a durable, protective layer. Unlike liquid paints, it contains no solvents, VOCs, or carriers - the powder itself adheres and fuses into the coating.
